The iPhone model form the Apple Company has made a way that goes directly to the hearts of the customers. For this reason, the company has announced to release an improved version of the iPhone 4 in the name of iPhone 4s. The announcement of this chapter of the latest generation smartphones, speculators in the market has started joing the puzzle pieces that are randomly scattered in front of them.

Very little alteration have been made in the handset, however, the changes made are worth doing and will help in supplying the best from all the features. Some significant variations have been made on the obstructed hardware of the newer model.

Furthermore, the company is also providing some hints which indicate the most recent model will also integrate the Close to Fields Communication and that too in a very fine manner. A promblem regarding the technology is that in order to implement this function into the other models of the iPhones, much hard work and rapidness in functionality is required in actual. Although, it has been speculated, that the technology will work great on the model and that the operation will be quite accurate for the model. Sweet and Spicy Chicken with steamed Asian Greens and fried Eggplants

Happy weekends everyone.

My wife is hoping to buy oven someday. Unfortunately, that someday will take so long. One day, we both try to cook this bake dish featured in Yummy Magazine (August 2010 edition) using oven toaster.

Today I will share to you one simple but classy, taste good and healthy dish. For those who are health conscious, this dish is for you.

Ingredients:

400 grams Breast Chicken Fillet

¼ cup Honey (we don’t have honey so we use ½ cup of sugar)

2 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce

1 tbsp. Mustard

2 cloves Garlic, Crushed

1 small Chili, Chopped

Steamed Rice, Steam Asian Greens and Fried Eggplants

Procedure:

Arrange chicken on prepared tray. Combine honey, teriyaki sauce, mustard, garlic and chili in a bowl. Brush half over chicken.

Put chicken on oven toaster and heat for 10 minutes. Turn chicken and brush with the remaining teriyaki mixture and heat for 10 to 15 minutes, until cooked through.

Serve on top with rice and steamed Asian greens and fried eggplants.

Optional:

To prepare the sauce use 2 tbsp. of the marinade and 1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce.

I just got back to work today. I had not been feeling well since Wednesday so I took my vacation leave yesterday. It just so happen that my son is also sick and been admitted to a nearby hospital, so I can expend my whole time to took care of him and be with my son for the rest of the day.

When Gareth is having a sleep, I open my laptop and look for some files to delete to free some space on my disk. One of the reasons why my disk space is low is because of too many movies. While browsing movies on my list, two movies caught my attention. So I immediately place my headphones and turn on my movie marathon mode. I haven’t seen these two movies before but heard good reviews about it. These two movies are titled “TAKEN” and “The Man from Nowhere (Korean Movie)”.

Storyline : Seventeen year-old Kim is the pride and joy of her father Bryan Mills. Bryan is a retired agent who left the Central Intelligence Agency to be near Kim in California. Kim lives with her mother Lenore and her wealthy stepfather Stuart. Kim manages to convince her reluctant father to allow her to travel to Paris with her friend Amanda. When the girls arrive in Paris they share a cab with a stranger named Peter, and Amanda lets it slip that they are alone in Paris. Using this information an Albanian gang of human traffickers kidnaps the girls. Kim barely has time to call her father and give him information. Her father gets to speak briefly to one of the kidnappers and he promises to kill the kidnappers if they do not let his daughter go free. The kidnapper wishes him "good luck," so Bryan Mills travels to Paris to search for his daughter and her friend.

Storyline : An ex-special agent CHA Tae-shik's only connection to the rest of the world is a little girl, So-mi, who lives nearby. Her mother, Hyo-jeong smuggles drugs from a drug trafficking organization and entrusts Tae-shik with the product, without letting him know. The traffickers find out about her smuggling and kidnap both Hyo-jeong and So-mi. The gang promises to release them if Tae-shik makes a delivery for them, however it actually is a larger plot to eliminate a rival drug ring leader. When Hyo-jeon's disemboweled body is discovered, Tae-shik realizes that So-mi's life may also be in danger. Tae-shik becomes enraged at the prospect that So-mi may already be dead and prepares for a battle, putting his own life at risk

Carbonara ala Nafa

Surprise! Nafa is back. I don’t know if I can keep this one up but hopefully I can stay for so long. I can’t remember how to post a good entry. (As if I know how to post a good one at first place). Anyway I just want to blog again and hopefully cover all my sadness ~~by making some $$~~. :D

One of my favorite things to do to kill time is by cooking. I am a good cook. It is true, you can ask my wife. She loves to eat anything I cooked. I hope she won't read this. :D

Today I will share to you how to cook Carbonara. There are a lot of ways to cook carbonara. This one I am making is a simple and easy way to cook a carbona spaghetti. Here it is:

Ingredients:

400 grams fettucini (for this one I only use Del Monte Spaghetti Pasta Italiana)

Cooking oil

Butter

1 cup minced onions

1 cloves minced garlic

100 grams bacon (chopped finely for toppings)

1 cup chopped Maling (you can also use sweet ham for different taste)

2 cans of Cream of Mushroom (preferably Campbell’s)

½ cup Sliced Mushroom (I forgot to buy this one. :D The taste of cream of mushroom itself is okay so there is no problem with it.)

1 tetra pack nestle all purpose cream

Salt

Pepper

Parmesan Cheese

Cheese (Optional)

Parsley

Procedures:

For pasta:

Cook as instructed on the pack.

For sauce:

Heat cooking oil on a pan

Fry bacon until crispy, chopped finely then set aside.

On the same pan, place little amount of cooking oil and melt butter on medium heat. (Make sure to use cooking oil to melt butter so that the butter will not toast/burn easily).

Saute garlic and onions then put Maling. Mix well until cooked.

Add sliced mushroom. Cook for two minutes.

Add cream of mushroom and all purpose cream. Mix well.

Add water. Continue mixing until boil.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

mix well


add Maling

add cream of mushroom


add all purpose cream

add salt and pepper to taste and mix well until boil

For finishing touches : Place noodles on a bowl then put the sauce. Add bacon toppings, cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley on top.

Just Dance

I miss dancing. Way back when I was in grade school I do have a group (crew as they call nowadays). I must admit I’m not that good in dancing. But every now and then I do dance for company entertainment purposes like Christmas party presentation of our section. Would you believe me we have been champs for the last three years. Last year we performed ala JABBAWOCKEEZ/Wonder Girl dance. Although we are not real dancers, we just put a lot of dedications and hard works. Each and everyone share their own choreography to make our piece looks good.

Not much work for today. Not much to do so I decided to play a game. One of my favorite past time is playing Plants VS. Zombies. This is simple but very challenging game. I will not make a review regarding this game because there are already a lot of reviews out there. I suggest you try this game for those haven’t played it. I’m sure your going to enjoy and love this game. :D

The Climb

It’s been a year ago when I first got into hiking. I joined the group known as “The Finisher”. Our team loves to hike, run and to have fun in many different ways. My first climb was in Mt. Natib, Orani, Bataan. Mt. Natib is one of three major mountains in Bataan (the other two are Mt. Mariveles and Mt. Samat). Natib is classified as a major climb and 5/9 in difficulty rate. As a newbie in hiking, I expected that it will be not easy for me to climb a mountain as difficult as Mt. Natib. I also heard that that place are full of Limatiks (Blood Suckers/Leeches) so I am having second thought before the climb. But the eagerness to climb a mountain and to join the team pushed me on my limit.

On the day of our hike, it is like that I’m in a middle of a horror/suspense/gruesome movie. Our hike went not that well due to bad weather condition. I wish we could find a lodge to stay until the weather become much better. And because it is raining hard, billions (I’m 99% sure of that estimation) of Limatiks are all over the trail from foot to summit of Mt. Natib making a grin to us and ready to attack. If I where in a movie I would be saying this line, “We can’t escape this. Somebody had to die. Somebody must sacrifice. Let it be me. Let it be me.” But wait… I don’t want to die. Not just like that. Not without a fight. I want my movie to be happy ending. LOL… :D

To end up my story it is a relief that we did survive beyond all the challenge and difficulties we encountered on that hike. I can’t imagine myself hiking again on Mt. Natib. But I am happy that I experience all of that. (Luckily I can say that because I’m still alive. :D)

My son Christian Gareth turns 16 days old now. Gareth means “gentle”. I named my son after “Sir Gareth” one of the knights of King Arthur’s Round Table. Although he’s only 16 days of age I am already thinking of what he may be when he grows up.

I think he will be the next Manny Pacqiauo and be the next boxing sensation. Nahh… Not a chance. As if I and his Mom can stand seeing him on the ring being hurt. Although I know for sure that he will be hit 1 or 2 out of 100 punches throws by his opponent. He will definitely win all his fight unless he accidentally hit his self like the picture shown above. But that is not the case I don’t want him to fight. I don’t want him to be like PACMAN period. Hmmmm… in terms of wealth it is OK with me. I wish we will be rich someday like we are having our own company checks that can issue anytime. LOL :D

I think he will be a celebrity, a star. He will be known not only for his good looks and sexy body but also on his talents in acting, singing, dancing, etc. :D

Breaking My Own Record

It’s my 3^rd time in just two days to post something on my blog. I already broke my record for posting two times in my first day of blogging. Can you believe that? Wooohhh… I think I should celebrate. Imagine when I first created and try to blog I ended up posting just a single post and it took me 3 days (note: 3 working days… (-: ) to finish and publish it. Back then I am thinking that blogging is not for me. After less than a year here I am doing it again. That’s why I’m so happy that I already break my own record. Like what I’ve said before I would like to give some credits to Dong and Kuri for encouraging me to try it again. Thanks guys. I will screen capture this one and convert it to PDF file, so that i will have an remembrance. I know it’s up to me now to maintain my site and keep blogging. I just hope that I will not stop believing that I can do this. :)

“I came here for blood test” Tok replied.

Hello to everyone. This is my first blog post using this new account. Actually I don’t know what happened to my last account. Maybe that account runs out of words to say. LOL… J

First, let me introduce myself. My real name is Christian so expect me to be nice, kind, humble, handsome, etc. But I don’t want to be called in my real name so you can all call me NAFACAMOT or NAFA in short. I’m using that nick since I was in college. That’s my codename when playing Counter Strike with my school buddies. I used that nick because all my enemies on that network game always NAFACAMOT when they encountered me. BTW, did I mention that I am a JOKER??? If not then don’t mind it, I will not mention it anyway.
